1. Data Collection

We collect minimal data necessary to provide our service:

  • Account Information: Email address and name provided during sign-up/login (via Google or email).
  • Usage Data: Information about how you use our app, including content generation logs and feature usage.
  • Payment Data: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details.

2. How We Use Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide the ArgSEO service and generate content.
  • Improve our features and fix bugs.
  • Communicate with you regarding updates, security alerts, and support.
  • Send you news, tips, and promotional offers (you can unsubscribe at any time).

3. Data Sharing & Sub-processors

We do not sell your data. We share data only with essential third-party service providers required to operate the application:

Infrastructure & Security: Cloudflare (routing and security) and Supabase (database and authentication).

Payments: Stripe (payment processing).

AI & Processing: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Perplexity, OpenRouter, and n8n (for processing data pipelines).

SEO & Data Tools: Firecrawl (website crawling) and DataForSEO (keyword/SERP data).

4. Cookies & Analytics

To measure website performance, optimize our services, and deliver relevant marketing campaigns (such as Google Demand Gen, Search, or Performance Max ads), we utilize standard analytics and advertising tags.

Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics: We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to centralize and deploy Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads conversion pixels. These tools help us understand user journeys, verify successful registrations, and measure advertising conversion value.

Google Consent Mode v2: Your privacy is our priority. We have implemented Google Consent Mode v2 in compliance with GDPR and ePrivacy guidelines.

  • If you Accept Cookies: We place functional analytics and advertising cookies on your device to track conversions and customize marketing metrics.
  • If you Reject Cookies: We run Google tags in Advanced Consent Mode. This means no advertising or analytics cookies are written or read on your device. Instead, Google receives anonymous, cookieless "consent pings" to model overall aggregate traffic and conversions without tracking you individually or building a personal profile.

Withdrawing Your Consent: You have the right to change your cookie preferences or withdraw your consent at any time. You can easily clear your browser's cookies to reset your choice and trigger the consent banner again, or manage your tracking preferences directly through your browser's built-in privacy settings.

In addition to GTM, we use Vercel Analytics for privacy-first, aggregate web analysis. Vercel Analytics is entirely cookieless, does not process Personally Identifiable Information (PII), and does not track users across separate websites.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account from the dashboard settings or contact us at hello@argseo.com.
