1. Service Overview

ArgSEO is a programmatic SEO, content generation, and workflow automation tool. It provides transparent, auditable data pipelines for content creation and automates the generation of client invoices. The Service is provided "as is" and is currently in Beta.

2. Beta Usage & Bugs

As a Beta user, you acknowledge that the software may contain bugs, errors, or interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We appreciate your feedback to help us improve.

3. User Responsibility & No Liability

ArgSEO is an assistant, not a replacement for professional judgment.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content and invoices generated by the Service before publication or distribution.

We accept no liability for any errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations in the generated text or financial documents.

We are not liable for any ranking fluctuations, penalties, legal issues, or damages arising from your use of the content or the platform.

The subscription price covers access to the tool only; it does not include indemnity or insurance against third-party claims.

4. Use of Third-Party Tools & AI

We utilise third-party AI providers and infrastructure (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Perplexity, OpenRouter, DataForSEO, Firecrawl, and n8n) to process data. By using ArgSEO, you agree to their respective usage policies. We do not claim ownership of the inputs you provide or the outputs generated for you.

5. Payments & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed based on the plan selected. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

6. Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Due to the variable nature of third-party API costs, we may need to increase prices to maintain service quality. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscriptions.

7. Beta Allowance & Fair Usage Policy

Due to the unpredictable nature of AI, generation errors will happen. During the Beta, we provide a "Beta Allowance" where, at our discretion, we will respond to errors with credit refunds or by manually fetching completed outputs for you. Beyond this, we do not provide further refunds for user-induced errors or AI hallucinations. Excessive misuse, intentional disruption, or abusive inputs will result in immediate account termination without refund.
